The information you provide during booking and on this form will be handled in accordance with data protection laws. Your data may be used by the hotel and shared with Eli Global and third parties for managing your stay, internal marketing, potential membership programs, and business purposes. We will not share your data without your consent unless required by law.

The hotel has a strict no-smoking policy in all rooms and indoor areas. Additionally, the use of marijuana, any illegal drugs, in the hotel premises is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in a fine of 5,000 THB per day.

To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, strong-smelling foods, including durian and similar items, are not permitted inside guest rooms. Guests who bring such items into the room may be subject to a cleaning fee of 1,000 THB.

To ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for all guests, please refrain from loud noises, disruptive behavior, or excessive disturbances, particularly during quiet hours.

A refundable deposit of 1,000 THB will be collected at check-in for the room keycard. The deposit will be fully refunded upon return of the keycard at check-out. Lost or unreturned keycards will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

An additional 3% fee will be applied to the room rate for payments made using a credit card.

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out requests may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
